Business Customers
Now more than ever, our Business Relationship Managers are committed to providing financial advice and support with contingency preparations which businesses might require, in order to deal with the pandemic. We're mindful of the negative effects that the pandemic is having on businesses and we're offering a moratorium on business loans and working capital assistance to customers facing temporary liquidity issues.
Clients holding a Business Accelerate Loan may reach out to their Relationship Manager to get started with the process of application. In addition, business customers holding a Micro Business Loan can apply for a moratorium on their loan. The Bank will not charge any processing fees for requests related to moratorium.
In collaboration with the Federal Reserve System (FRS), Baniffinancial is offering working capital assistance to support SMEs and Large Corporates who are facing challenges to run their day-to-day operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial support from Baniffinancial will help customers keep up with critical running costs and honour payment commitments in the form of employees' salaries, acquisition of stock, rent, energy, water and fuel expenses in addition to various other obligations. The management of such costs can help keep businesses afloat through the current crisis until the situation normalises and improves. Depending on the eligibility criteria discussed with the Baniffinancial Relationship Manager, customers can apply for a working capital loan according to thresholds set by the Bank for SMEs and large Corporate Businesses.
